Terms of use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perfect Stop iPhone application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which Apple applies to App Store downloads.
The App
Perfect Stop is a one-screen timing game. You tap to stop a marker inside a target. There are no accounts, levels, or user-generated content. The App is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID.
Paid download, ads, and Ad-Free
The App is offered as a paid download. Optional assists (Big Target, Brake, Redo) cost one Save per turn. You can watch a Google AdMob rewarded ad for that Save, or buy the one-time Ad-Free unlock and receive one Save each turn with no ads. A run that never uses a Save is a Pure run. Using a Save marks that run Assisted.

All payments are charged to your Apple ID by Apple. Prices shown in the App are set in App Store Connect and may vary by storefront. Ad-Free is restored with Restore Purchases on a device signed into the same Apple ID.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We cannot force Apple to issue or deny a refund.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable law or Apple’s App Store terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App and In-App Purchases in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it.
