Using the app
Untangle is provided by Michael Martinez. App Store downloads are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is shown in the App Store. These app-specific terms explain the service and purchases. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Gameplay and purchases
Scores and progress are stored locally. Optional consumable purchases provide in-game items and have no cash value. Consumable items are used during play and may not be recoverable after deleting the app or moving to another device. Purchase details and current prices are displayed by Apple before confirmation.
Fair use
Use the game for personal entertainment. Do not exploit purchases, tamper with the app, redistribute it without permission, or use it unlawfully. Your license and any permitted exceptions are governed by the applicable Apple agreement and law.
Payments and refunds
Apple processes payments and handles refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem service for purchase issues. We cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Applicable warranty, liability, and license provisions are set out in the Apple license linked above, subject to your mandatory legal rights. Material updates to these app-specific terms will be reflected on this page.
